Checker Parts Submission Form

A crowdsourced collaborative project of the Checker Car Club and the Informal Order of Checkerheads

BEFORE SUBMITTING A PART, PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE THAT IT IS NOT ALREADY ON THE LIST!

Item: Enter the name of the part. Preferably, use the same name that is used by the company selling the part (e.g. Shock Absorber - Rear)

Model Years: The year or range of years of the Checker model(s) for which the part can be used. If you don't know the range, just enter the specific year for which you know that the part will work.

Same As...: Suppliers will not always know what part number applies to a Checker vehicle. If you know the equivalent car make/model/year, enter it here. For example: If the upper ball joint is the same as that on a 1957 Thunderbird, put that year and car model name here.

Manufacturer: The name of the company that actually makes the part (e.g. GM, Delco, Monroe)

Part Number: The ID number assigned by the supplier (i.e. the company from which the part can be ordered). It may or may not be the same as the number used by the manufacturer.

Part Image: Attache a screen shot of the part from the web site page of the supplier. You can attach more than one if available.

Buy From...: This is the name of the supplier. You can pick just one from the list. If the supplier is not in the pull-down list, select OTHER. We will edit this during the submittal review process.

Link: Copy and paste the web page URL of the supplier from your browser. Preferably, this should be the actual page where the part can be ordered.

Illustrations: You can drag/drop any illustration or document about the part. The best would be a screen shot of the part from the web site page of the supplier. You can attach any number of files here.

Scroll down to fill in all the fields. Press SUBMIT when done!
